John Walker has over 15 years legal experience and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Aside from advising private individuals, he also has substantial experience advising Local Authorities. John has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel since 2000 which means he is specially qualified to represent children directly in proceedings. He also has many years experience as an education law specialist. 

John has provided advice in literally hundreds of school appeals over the last 10 years.  He regularly clerks appeals and exclusion panels, he has developed and provided training to panel members and other clerks. 

The whole concept of customer service and client satisfaction is the bedrock of John's practice. He firmly believes in doing everything he can to achieve the best result for his client, whatever their individual circumstances. John established his own firm in 2003, determined to ensure a high level of professional advice and customer care, together with good value for money for all clients. 

Jane Harvey is an experienced Paralegal, having worked in various legal settings for over 20 years, including 6 years at the Legal Aid Board in London. Jane's experience in children and family matters covers all types of disputes. All clients value the relationships they form with Jane. She always returns calls, and has been known to answer emails at midnight! Her commitment to the highest levels of client care, and her careful attention to detail, mark her out as different to so many working in the legal field today.
